Low Inventory Leads to a Seller’s Market
The biggest real estate story throughout Washtenaw County and all of Southeast Michigan is that we have begun 2017 with extremely low inventory. Year-to-Date Closed Sales Up Despite limited and picked over inventories, closed sales activity for both single-family homes and condos is up and ahead of last year’s pace by 7% and 5% respectively.
